ACCE Academy of Chartered Certified Economists reserves the right to modify or
discontinue any ACCE Academy Site (or any portion thereof), temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to
you, and is not obligated to support or update any of the ACCE Academy Sites. ACCE Academy shall not be liable to
you or any third party in the event that ACCE Academy exercises its right to modify or discontinue any ACCE Academy
Site (or any portion thereof). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance an ACCE
Academy Site shall be subject to these Terms of Use.
Government Recognized and Supreme Court Recognized Standards
We are an official certification body that offers equivalency qualifications and board certifications based on:
Education, Degrees, Diplomas, Experience, Assessment, Exams, Ethics, and Continuing Education. We have the highest
standards in the world as everyone must be qualified with diplomas, exams, assessments, and degrees from

Supporting Excellence in Education
Privacy Policy:
Any personal information provided by you in connection with your use of an ACCE Academy Site, including, without
limitation, any Registration Data (as defined below) you may provide as a Registered User, will be treated in
accordance with ACCE Academy’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Except as expressly
described in such Privacy Policy, ACCE Academy will not disclose any personal information about a User unless
authorized by that User or unless ACCE Academy is required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such
action is necessary to: (a) conform with applicable laws or comply with legal process; (b) protect and defend the
rights or property of ACCE Academy; or (c) enforce these Terms of Use. Your access and use of any ACCE Academy Site
or Content constitutes your agreement to the Privacy Policy.
Suspension or Termination of Use or Access:
Your failure to follow any requirement of these Terms of Use may result in suspension or termination of access to
the ACCE Academy Sites, without notice, in addition to ACCE Academy’s other remedies. ACCE Academy further reserves
the right to terminate, without notice and in its sole discretion, any User’s access to or use of any ACCE Academy
Site for any reason. ACCE Academy shall not have any liability to you or to any third party in respect of any
limitation or suspension of your access to any ACCE Academy Site.
License Grant and Content:
Subject to these Terms of Use, ACCE Academy hereby grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to: (a) access
the ACCE Academy Sites; and (b) access, download, and use the information, materials, text, graphics, images, sound
files, animation files, video files, software, and any other material or content made available through the ACCE
Academy Sites (the “Content”) for your personal or internal use only; provided, however, that only Registered Users
have the right to access and use Restricted Areas of the ACCE Academy Site(s) for which they are registered. For
the avoidance of doubt, Content does not include any User Generated Content (as defined below). Unauthorized access
to any ACCE Academy Site, or to the telecommunications or computer facilities used to deliver such ACCE Academy
Site, is a breach of these Terms of Use and is a violation of law.
State Advertising Rules and Regulations & Eligible ACCE Academy Board Certifications
The disclosure of ACCE Academy Certifications cannot be disallowed by any state as per the Supreme Court Decision:
Peel v. Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of Illinois, 110 S.Ct. 2281 (1990). However, each state
can establish its own rules for the regulation of disclosure. Please view our guide to your state’s advertising
rules and regulations and eligible ACCE Academy board certifications offered by ACCE Academy here. ACCE also
adheres to the IBANEZ Supreme Court Case regarding the criteria to board certification of education, assessment,
experience, continuing education, and ethics.
Standards
Please review the standards for your specialty area for certification before applying with ACCE Academy. Standards
are listed here.
Candidates at an early stage should recognize that they can: Apply for admission to an accredited program and
college, gain acceptance to an accredited law program, excel in their area of focus, pass all course exams from
accredited programs, and ultimately become eligible for board certification upon meeting additional requirements
such as professional experience, ethics, and continuing education. The certification process can take 4-7 years,
depending on whether you pursue a master’s program. Our Board of Standards offers the most respected certification
path, working directly with government-recognized schools.
The importance of protecting your privacy and our policy is designed to assist you in
understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in
making informed decisions when using our site. This policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies,

What Are

We offer certification to those who in good
faith have submitted evidence that they have completed accredited program education, exams and/or licenses.
Board certification is neither a degree or academic certificate, but rather a professional designation issued from
an independent body with standards of education, assessment, experience, continuing education and ethics.
While certification may assist individuals in improving their resume and competing against other candidates, it
does not guarantee any job or career advancement.
Governance
The Academy is governed by the laws of the
United States of America. Statues that apply to the International Board of Standards are government dictated as to
the operating agreements and bylaws of a limited company.

Modifications
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to
time. If/when changes are made to this privacy policy, we will email users who have given us permission to do so.
We will post any changes here, so be sure to check back periodically. However, please be assured that if the
